Treat yourself to a personal excursion by exploring the chakra system. This energetic approach to self awareness is based in Ayurvedic medicine. It is an ancient philosophy which continues to shed light today as therapists and individuals to seek ways to balance daily life.

In this workshop, participants will:

Learn the traditional history and significance of the chakras
Explore the unique characteristics of each chakra
Employ simple methods for chakra "assessment"
Discover hands-on and hands-off balancing techniques
Create rituals for deepening one's self awareness of chakra energy
Learn ways to guide clients through their own chakra awareness

This two-day immersion is designed to create a learning environment that integrates learning at the levels of Mind, Body and Spirit. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal and develop a personal intention for the workshop.

Presenter: Timothy Kocher-Hillmer has been studying and practicing Reiki for twelve years and began teaching Reiki privately in 2006. Timothy has studied Ayurveda with Rudy Ballentine, MD, author of Radical Healing. A graduate of PghSMT and Nationally certified since 2000, Timothy is also certified in Rebirthing. Having facilitated retreats and workshops since the mid-90's is delighted to bring this experiential "mini-retreat" for therapists.

If you are traveling by plane, please confirm the workshop with the school before buying your ticket. Occasionally we do have to cancel workshops due to low enrollment. If a workshop is cancelled for any reason our liability is limited to a return of the deposit paid. If you cancel your participation in a workshop within 21 days of the workshop, there will be no refund if the deposit paid. Cancelation earlier than 21 days before the workshop will incur a $25 processing fee. The balance of your deposit will be refunded.
